During the latest home game of FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt against FC Energie Cottbus, we had the opportunity to speak with a former athlete from our academy. Ayo, unfortunately unable to participate in the 2-0 home victory of his Erfurt team due to an injury, still took the time to answer some of our questions and provide insights into his time at FC RWE.

The transfer to a club with the reputation and quality of Erfurt was a great experience. I felt very honored to become part of this team and was thrilled about this opportunity.

I feel extremely comfortable in Erfurt. The city is quiet and pleasant, an ideal place to live. The community here is fantastic and very welcoming.

The environment at FC RWE is excellent and very welcoming. I feel well supported and valued by the club, which is very important to me.

What I value the most are the people at the club – the teammates, the staff, and above all, our loyal fans. They all make the club something special.
